Welcome to Christchurch, the South Island�s largest city. On arrival, be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel, then join your APT Tour Director and fellow travellers for an evening dinner to kick off your journey.

After a Signature Experience, disembark at Arthur�s Pass and journey by coach to Hokitika, celebrated for its dramatic coastline and jade carving traditions. Discover the cultural significance of Pounamu, or greenstone, before continuing to Franz Josef/Waiau for another memorable Signature Experience.

Journey through the breathtaking Haast River Valley to Queenstown, and this evening, select your preferred dining experience from a range of Freedom of Choice options.

Spend the day your way, selecting from a variety of engaging sightseeing experiences.

Take a scenic drive along Milford Road into Fiordland National Park, winding through the Eglinton and Hollyford Valleys and passing through the Homer Tunnel to reveal Mitre Peak. Arrive at Milford Sound/Piopiotahi for a Signature Experience before continuing to Te Anau for another memorable evening Signature Experience.

Travel through Southland�s rugged landscapes to Dunedin, the �Edinburgh of the South,� and enjoy the afternoon exploring at your leisure with a choice of Freedom of Choice activities.
