TERMS & CONDITIONS – YONDA DAYDREAM ISLAND GIVEAWAY
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by YONDA Group Pty Ltd (ACN 635 777 454) of Level 2, The Oasis Shopping Centre, 75 Surf Parade, Broadbeach QLD 4218, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences upon publication and closes at 3:00pm AEST Sunday 10th May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Entry into the promotion is obtained by joining GO YONDA (Free Membership) via the YONDA platform.
- Each new GO YONDA member will receive one (1) Giveaway Token, which equals one (1) entry into the draw.
- Existing GO YONDA members may already hold Giveaway Tokens and are automatically entered.
- Additional entries are issued based on active membership tier (Premium, Ultra, Black) and any promotional bonus offers.
- Bonus Giveaway Tokens may be awarded for upgrading membership during the Promotional Period.
Each Giveaway Token represents one valid entry into the draw.
5. Prize
The prize is a Whitsundays holiday experience for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children, consisting of:
- Five (5) nights accommodation at Daydream Island Resort
- Return economy class flights* for up to 2 adults and 2 children
- Daily buffet breakfast
- $1,000 AUD spending money
- One (1) reef tour experience
- One (1) helicopter tour experience
- Additional inclusions as determined by the Promoter
The total prize value is estimated at over AUD $10,000, depending on travel dates and point of departure.
6. Flight Conditions
*Flights are provided from selected Australian capital cities only, as determined by the Promoter.
- Airline, flight times, and routing are at the Promoter’s discretion
- Additional costs for travel from non-serviced locations are the responsibility of the winner
- Flights are non-transferable and cannot be upgraded unless at the winner’s expense
7. Prize Draw
The draw will take place at:
3:00pm AEST, Sunday 26 April 2026

The draw will be conducted electronically or manually (as determined by the Promoter) and the winner will be selected at random.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw via:
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
9. Prize Redemption
- The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of draw
- All travel must be completed by 30 April 2027
- Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods
Bookings must be made through the Promoter or its nominated travel provider.
10. Prize Conditions
The prize:
- Is not transferable
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be exchanged or altered
- Must be taken as a complete package
- Cannot be split across multiple trips
Any additional costs not expressly included (including but not limited to travel insurance, meals not specified, upgrades, additional guests, or personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Availability
All components of the prize are subject to:
- Availability at time of booking
- Supplier conditions (including airline and resort providers)
- Seasonal demand and blackout dates
The Promoter does not guarantee availability for specific requested travel dates.
12. Changes or Substitution
If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a similar inclusion of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
- Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
- Acts or omissions of third-party providers
- Personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during travel
- Any variation in prize value
Participants enter the promotion at their own risk.
14. Privacy
By entering this promotion, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for:
- Administration of the promotion
- Marketing and promotional communications
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
15. Membership Conditions
Entry into the promotion via GO YONDA or paid membership is subject to YONDA’s Membership Terms & Conditions.
- Giveaway Tokens have no cash value
- Tokens may expire or be forfeited in accordance with membership terms
- Active membership may be required at the time of prize redemption where applicable
16. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and entrants
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
- Disqualify entries that are incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17. Acceptance
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
