Full-service leisure travel marketing company, The Holiday Group has rebranded its name to Yonda Holiday Group and is preparing to launch a new subscription-based membership program, YONDA Holiday Club, with the official launch date expected for August 1, 2020.
The company engaged an international creative agency to deliver a brand strategy with the aim to bring a ‘next generation’ Holiday Club offering to market which, adopting a subscription-based membership model, aggregates holiday package deals for its members. The company engaged international creative agency, Flagship, to bring the vision to life. From flights to cruises and hotel stays with extras included, Yonda wants to make ‘finding and booking a holiday deal as easy as taking one’.
The company already has a significant membership database of over 280,000 which will migrate to the new program with a strategic plan to grow the new subscription base to over 1 million within the first 24 months.
Yonda co-founder and CEO, Jon Tarrant, says “Sure, everyone loves a good deal - but we've recognised the true value we bring our members goes much deeper. So, as well as sourcing and providing immersive, worthwhile holiday packages, we've focused on creating a culture that puts the customer first, whether that’s our valued industry partners or our members.”

The company also recently appointed Gary Fog as COO, previously of SiteMinder and Wyndham Destinations, to drive the vision and strategic goals of the company.
