Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 and 9 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable. Lunches and dinners during Nyepi will have a different arrangement with specified operation dining hours.
Cancellations: Any cancellations made more than thirty five (35) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are permitted and may be amended or cancelled without penalty. Any cancellations made within thirty five (35) days of the scheduled check-in date are strictly non-refundable, non-amendable, and no credits will be issued.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Daily breakfast is served at Pala Restaurant 6.30am –10.30am for guests staying in the Grand Deluxe Room, Grand Deluxe Ocean Court Room and Grand Deluxe Lagoon Room. Guests staying in the Cliff Private Pool Junior Suite and Cliff Private Pool Ocean Junior Suite can enjoy breakfast at Cliff Lounge from 6.30am – 12pm. Guests staying in the Sriwijaya Two Bedroom Villa can enjoy breakfast at Villa Lounge from 6.30am – 12pm.
Daily choice of lunch or dinner is available at Reef Beach Club (three-course meals only), Bai Yun (Dim Sum lunch or Bali Myna Hot Pot dinner food only), Izakaya by Oku (three-course meals only), or Pala Restaurant/Rooftop (weather dependent, three-course dinner, food only. Sunday brunch not included). Kids’ menus are available separately.
Included massages must be pre-booked at Apurva Spa. Massages are available during spa opening hours. Massages are not available on Nyepi Day. Guests may choose from gindha samparan (full-body massage), gindha mustaka (deep muscle neck and upper back massage) and jamas rikma (revitalising hair and scalp massage).
Jalak Family Club kids’ club is open daily from 8am to 8pm for kids aged 12 years and under. Supervision is required for kids under 4 years old.
The included nightly cocktails are served at Pala Rooftop Bar or L’atelier between 5pm and 7pm. Included is one nightly specialty cocktail per adult, available form a select menu.
Villa guests’ minibar, replenished daily, includes water, beer and non-alcoholic drinks (select packages only).
Cliff Lounge access (select packages only) entitles guests to personalised check-in/check-out, extended breakfast hours until 12pm, all-day free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, afternoon tea and light bites from 3pm to 5pm, and access to the cliff pool and hydro jet pool. Also includes free-flow cocktails, beer and hors d’oeuvres at Pala Rooftop Bar or Cliff Lounge from 5pm until 7pm daily.
Villa Lounge access (select packages only) entitles guests to personalised in-villa check-in, all-day non-alcoholic refreshments, afternoon light bites, evening snacks and extended breakfast hours until 12pm. As well as afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm, and a complimentary minibar in your room, refreshed daily, with snacks, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
