A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. An authorization (per stay) in the amount of AUD $1 (credit card) or security deposit of AUD $250 (cash) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. Pets are not permitted. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund.
